# CAR RENTAL MANAGER **Thumbelina Global Motors FZE** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB VACANCY – CAR RENTAL MANAGER Company: Happy Move Car Rental Position: Car Rental Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the car rental business. * Handle vehicle rental bookings, customer inquiries, contracts, and payments. * Manage and monitor the company’s vehicle fleet, including availability, maintenance, registration, and insurance. * Supervise drivers and rental staff and ensure smooth daily operations. * Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and corporate clients. * Monitor rental agreements, vehicle collection and returns, and customer documentation. * Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally. * Coordinate with garages, insurance companies, RTA, and other relevant service providers when required. * Monitor rental revenue, expenses, and outstanding payments. * Prepare regular operational and business reports for management. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and UAE car rental regulations are followed. * Identify opportunities to increase rentals, revenue, and business growth. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in car rental or fleet management in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of car rental operations and fleet management. * Good knowledge of UAE roads, RTA procedures, and vehicle-related requirements. * Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. * Good leadership and problem-solving abilities. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting. * UAE driving license is preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage daily operations effectively. Salary & Benefits * Salary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications * Employment visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
