This role involves supervising technicians, maintaining quality control, providing training, and coordinating with management to meet daily targets and standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Supervision & Leadership · Lead and supervise the polishing and ceramic coating team. · Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow. · Train new staff on polishing techniques, ceramic coating procedures, and safety standards. · Monitor performance and provide guidance to improve skill levels. 2. Quality Control · Inspect vehicles before, during, and after polishing/ceramic application. · Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. · Identify defects early and correct them promptly. · Maintain consistent quality across all jobs. 3. Operations & Workflow Management · Plan daily schedules to ensure timely delivery of vehicles. · Coordinate with the service advisor/operations manager on job priorities. · Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and chemicals. · Maintain inventory of materials and raise requests when stock is low. 4. Safety & Compliance · Enforce safety protocols for machine handling, chemical usage, and workshop cleanliness. · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. · Report any incidents, damages, or safety risks to management immediately. 5. Reporting & Documentation · Maintain daily records of completed jobs, staff performance, and material usage. · Report challenges, delays, or quality issues to the operations manager. · Assist HR/management with evaluations and performance reports of team Work Location: In person
