Launching and operating ETFs adds a new layer of complexity: new partners, interfaces, processes, and systems that most existing setups weren’t built for. NaroIQ gives ManCos a fast, reliable path into the ETF market. You will own end-to-end responsibility for the ETFs we run: smooth product launches, day-to-day execution and oversight, as well as continuous platform evolution in collaboration with our product team. This is a strongly hands-on role combining investment expertise, market microstructure understanding, operational excellence and cross-functional execution.
