Capital Formation Manager

This is a salaried, full-time W-2 position with Flowtex Energy in Austin, TX.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a Capital Formation Manager to manage our investor relations team in Austin. You'll manage a team of 2-4 associates, keep our investor pipeline organized and moving, and make sure every accredited investor who contacts Flowtex gets a consistent, professional, well-documented experience. This is not a cold-calling role. Investors contact us directly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of 2-4 investor relations associates
• Run the daily and weekly pipeline review: who's talking to whom, what's stuck, and what happens next
• Take part in key investor conversations alongside the team
• Set the standard for response time, follow-through, and accuracy in every investor interaction
• Keep CRM records accurate and complete across the team
• Report pipeline activity and investor feedback to leadership
• Work with operations to make the handoff from new partner to onboarding smooth

• Speed and quality of the team's response to every investor inquiry
• Investor satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Accuracy and completeness of investor records
• Overall performance of the team you manage

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, investor relations, fundraising, or financial services
• Experience managing or supervising others
• Confident, professional communication with high-net-worth and accredited investors
• Comfortable working in a CRM and tracking results

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
