Seven Points is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team of traders. We are looking for candidates who are hard working and dedicated to success, have a passion for trading and the markets, entrepreneurial, humble and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities • Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy. • Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha • Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems. • Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • Very strong verbal reasoning skills • Currently trading the US Markets • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data • Good problem-solving ability • Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once • Proven idea generation and investment track record • Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Originally posted on Himalayas
