In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our payment team, reporting to the Head of Operation & Strategy. You will be a good fit: Job Duty Lead the platform campaign calendar and drive engagement with merchant and payment partners. Manage ongoing commercial, marketing and financial discussions with partners, ensuring strong internal and external stakeholder alignment. Secure attractive customer offers to support successful programme launch, market penetration and continuous engagement. Develop and execute joint marketing and engagement plans in line with the agreed roadmap. Build a partner insights strategy by identifying areas where programme data can create value; define success metrics and performance targets. Identify initiatives to deepen partner commitment and improve programme performance. Resolve issues promptly and minimise escalations. What You Will Bring Approximately 3-6 years experience of stakeholder management/ partnership management/ campaign marketing/ merchant management, in payment/ retail/ loyalty field. Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast paced environment. Strong commercial and communication skills Strong analytics skills and ability to work with numbers and data Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Cantonese.
