# Campaign Manager **AccountsIQ Limited** · London · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Company At AccountsIQ, part of the AIQ Group, we're on a mission to deeply understand our customers and deliver technology that enriches their lives. Alongside ExpenseIn, a leading expense management platform within the group, we provide smart, feature-rich financial management software designed for ambitious businesses that have outgrown basic starter systems or seek a simpler, more affordable alternative to complex, costly ERP solutions. Our cloud-based accounting software transforms the finance function, making it easier for multi-entity businesses to capture, process, and report their financial data with ease and efficiency. The Role We're looking for a commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and own the development and delivery of high-impact B2B campaigns across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you'll take campaigns from initial insight and ideation through to launch, optimisation and measurement, with clear accountability for the pipeline and revenue they generate. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning customer insight, market opportunities and their own ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results. You'll work at the heart of our growth marketing team, collaborating closely with Content, Digital Experience, Design, Sales and RevOps to connect marketing activity directly with our growth priorities. You'll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, test new approaches and challenge what we're doing today, while using performance data to understand what works and continually improve what comes next. What you'll be doing: - Owning B2B campaigns end to end, from insight and ideation through to planning, build, launch, optimisation and reporting. - Developing integrated campaigns across the full funnel and a range of channels, including digital, paid media, email, web, content, events and account-based marketing (ABM). - Taking commercial accountability for campaign performance by setting targets, tracking pipeline and revenue contribution, and optimising activity for return on investment. - Generating and pressure-testing campaign ideas using customer insight, market trends, competitor activity and performance data to identify new opportunities. - Working closely with Sales and RevOps to align campaign activity with pipeline priorities, improve lead quality and handover, and support conversion through the funnel. - Equipping Sales with the messaging, content and campaign assets they need to engage prospects and convert opportunities. - Briefing and directing internal and external specialists, including Content, Design and marketing partners, to deliver campaigns to a high standard and on time. - Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping activity, suppliers, budgets and deadlines on track. - Building a strong test-and-learn approach across our campaigns, using data to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve. - Measuring and reporting campaign results, presenting insights to stakeholders and using what we learn to shape future activity. - Developing and delivering co-marketing campaigns with our ecosystem and technology partners, working with partner marketing teams to reach new audiences and generate shared pipeline. What you'll need: - 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology or fintech, with a strong focus on demand generation, campaigns or growth marketing. - A proven track record of developing and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns that have contributed to pipeline and revenue targets. - A genuinely commercial mindset, with the ability to think beyond leads and impressions and connect marketing activity to pipeline, conversion and revenue. - The confidence to generate your own campaign ideas, challenge assumptions and take ownership from initial concept through to delivery and optimisation. - Strong knowledge of the modern B2B marketing mix, including digital, paid media, email, content, events and ABM, and an understanding of how different channels work together across the customer journey. - Confidence working with campaign data and using performance insight to make decisions and improve results. - Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce would be highly desirable. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple campaigns while managing deadlines, budgets, suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing and Sales and bring different stakeholders with you. - A self-starting approach and comfort working with autonomy, taking ownership of goals and moving ideas forward without needing every step defined for you. What's the hiring process? - Recruiter screening call – an initial conversation to discuss your experience, motivations, the role and practical details. - Hiring Manager interview – a more detailed discussion with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, exploring your campaign experience, commercial mindset and approach. - Final interview and task – an interview with the Hiring Manager and a senior member of the Marketing team, including a practical task. Full task details will be shared upon invitation. Why work with us? AIQ Group brings together AccountsIQ and ExpenseIn, two ambitious SaaS businesses helping finance teams work smarter.
