Camp Boss (Junior)
We are looking for a Junior Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day management, cleanliness, safety, and welfare of crew accommodation in a marine/offshore environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure that health, hygiene, and safety standards within the accommodation are maintained at all times. Take responsibility for the cleaning and overall upkeep of the accommodation, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained and organized Monitor accommodation maintenance and ensure all repair and maintenance requirements are promptly reported and followed up until completion. Strictly implement and monitor the Company's non-alcohol and non-smoking policy within the accommodation. Provide accommodation residents with appropriate guidance and support in handling difficult or complex issues and assist in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Immediately report any incident, sickness, accident, or unsafe practice to the Line Manager, Human Resources Department and QHSE Department. Prepare and submit daily crew attendance/occupancy reports including the number of crew residing in the accommodation each morning. Manage crew facilities and basic requirements, ensuring mandatory items are provided at check-in and collected at check-out such as temporary blankets, entrance access cards and other assigned items. Maintain the IN & OUT Logbook, ensuring that all crew members properly register their check-in and check-out details. Handle and monitor crew PPE: Inspect PPE condition and quality. Maintain accurate records of PPE disposal in the designated log. Ensure compliance with all applicable Company policies, procedures, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient camp/accommodation operations. Candidate Profile Previous experience in Camp / Accommodation Management will be preferred. Good understanding of accommodation, housekeeping, crew welfare and facility management . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle crew concerns and resolve day-to-day issues professionally. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation. Ability to work effectively with multicultural crews and internal departments. Strong awareness of Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards . Candidates currently available in the UAE on visit visa / cancelled visa are preferred Work Location: In person
