Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Salary: 8k AED per month

Graduation (any field)

Years of Experience ▪ 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Nature of Experience

▪ Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role

▪ Customer service experience is essential

▪ Working knowledge of MS Office

▪ Tech-savvy, with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs

▪ Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures

▪ Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

▪ Results-oriented approach

▪ Excellent organizational and leadership skills

▪ Ability to work under pressure

Language Skills ▪ Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages is a definite plu
