At AP, we don’t just sell pastries and coffee — we create rituals people look forward to. —— We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our Sydney locations. This is a role for someone who can take ownership of a busy venue, build a standout team and consistently deliver the level of hospitality AP is known for. This is not a clipboard role. We need someone who leads from the floor, understands their business and sets the standard for the team around them. —— As Store Manager, you will: Lead the daily operations of a high-volume bakery and coffee venue Build, coach and develop a strong FOH and barista team Drive sales through customer engagement and strong service behaviours Maintain exceptional product presentation and store standards Manage rosters, wage targets and labour efficiency Monitor sales performance, wastage and key store KPIs Recruit, onboard and train new team members Maintain and grow customer loyalty and positive feedback Uphold AP’s service standards, systems and brand values Create a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture Lead from the front during busy service —— You are: An experienced hospitality leader with 2+ years managing or supervising a busy café, bakery or restaurant Confident running high-volume service Strong with team training, coaching and performance management Commercially minded — you understand sales, KPIs, labour and wage control Calm and decisive under pressure Obsessed with customer experience Professional, warm and clear in your communication Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality Specialty coffee or barista experience is a bonus. —— What We Offer: Autonomy and ownership of your store Clear systems and support from our wider management team Opportunity to grow within a multi-site Sydney business Leadership development and career progression Work with a respected Sydney bakery brand Staff discounts across AP locations —— Why AP?
