Cafe Manager

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Café / F&B Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate our guest experience, and drive financial growth. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage inventory and costs, and maintain top-tier standards for food, specialty coffee, and service.
• Daily Operations: Oversee overall day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth shift transitions and seamless service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate supervisors, baristas, and kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Financial Control: Monitor sales performance, manage labor budgets, minimize food waste, and control cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict standards for food quality, specialty beverage preparation, portion consistency, and aesthetic presentation.
• Guest Experience: Engage with customers, monitor online reviews, and actively implement service recovery steps to prevent and resolve complaints.
• Inventory & Supplier Management: Handle ordering, track stock variances, manage stock-taking routines, and coordinate with supply chain vendors.
• Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain perfect compliance with local municipality food safety, health, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
• Marketing Support: Roll out promotional campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and community events to steadily grow the customer base.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in F&B management, specifically overseeing premium cafés or casual dining venues.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of specialty coffee/barista operations, casual dining workflows, and P&L/cost control management.
• Skills: Exceptional team leadership, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Regulations: Strong familiarity with local food safety codes, health certificates, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required; multilingual capabilities are a strong advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
