Experience: 5–8 years or more in a similar role

Arabic Speaker: Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of a café and bakery, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café and bakery operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, food quality, and operating costs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Develop strategies to improve sales and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a café, bakery, or similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of café operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
