The role involves supervising contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project teams and stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION: Support senior engineers in planning, design, and project implementation Record data, prepare reports, and update project progress Conduct site inspections Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Learn tools, systems, and engineering processes Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with APPROVED plans, specifications, and safety standards. Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineers. Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the design and planning team. Use software such as AutoCAD, Excel, or other engineering tools Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Document and report issues, delays, and discrepancies to the Project Manager. Assist in planning and scheduling tasks. Communicate with team members, contractors, and other departments JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Civil Engineer Licensed With at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in construction or a related field With a Safety Officer background or experience Must have a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Certification Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans Has basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and applicable safety regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a construction site environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
