# CA- Account Head **Shivkan Business Services** · Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, wherever applicable. - Financial Finalisation: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures, preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. - High-Volume Transactions: Manage and monitor large volumes of sales, purchases, vendor invoices, customer collections, payments, and reconciliations in a trading environment. - Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, TCS, and other applicable statutory requirements. - Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities. - Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and supervise a team of 7–8 accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of deliverables. - MIS & Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, management information systems (MIS), cash flow statements, ageing reports, and other financial dashboards. - Working Capital Management: Monitor receivables, payables, inventory-related accounting, cash flow, and working capital requirements. - Process Improvement: Establish strong internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. - ERP & Systems: Ensure effective use of accounting software or ERP systems for transaction processing, reporting, and financial control. - Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6–8 years of post-qualification experience . - Proven experience as an Accounts Head, Finance Head, Accounts Manager, or in a similar leadership role. - Mandatory experience working in a trading company handling high transaction volumes .
