We are looking for a driven junior engineer to join our team. Why Join Us? Direct Mentorship: Work directly under our Director. We actively support your BEM logbook progression and your path to becoming a Professional Engineer. Problem-Solving Mentality: We don't just do routine drafting. You will be trained to tackle complex engineering challenges—from structural underpinning on distressed projects to optimizing high-rise developments—using critical thinking and smart workflows. What You Will Do Assist in structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings and mixed-use developments. Handle infrastructure design works and manage technical submissions to secure authority approvals. Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate seamlessly with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors. Conduct site inspections for ongoing works, project revivals, and structural strengthening. What We Are Looking For Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 0–3 years of experience in structural design or construction. Familiarity with BS/Eurocode. Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard structural software (ETABS, SAFE, TEKLA, or similar). A strong problem-solver with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
