Buyer – Supply Chain Operations Specialist *
ROLE: Efficiently manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate stock levels. Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization. Coordinate administrative activities related to the role, including product creation, order placement and invoice validation. Ensure order lifecycle control from creation to arrival at our warehouse (reception). Monitor and maintain inventory management systems. Control service levels and stock turnover. Ensure optimized purchases, avoiding stockouts and reducing inventory days. Collaborate with other teams to ensure stock integrity and meet operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (Preferred). Analytical skills for interpreting stock data and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in service level control. Experience in supplier negotiations. Fluency in English (mandatory).
