Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bahrain Salary: BHD 250 – BHD 550 per month, depending on experience and expertise About the Role OVO W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and responsible Business Unit Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall performance of Flower Link W.L.L. , one of our business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business as a whole, including operations, sales, procurement, staff management, logistics, inventory, customer service, and daily business activities . This is a hands-on management position requiring someone who can take ownership, make practical decisions, solve problems, and ensure that the business operates efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete day-to-day operations of Flower Link W.L.L. - Supervise, manage, and coordinate staff and ensure effective team performance - Manage sales activities, customer service, and business development - Oversee procurement, supplier coordination, purchasing, and stock requirements - Manage logistics, deliveries, and operational requirements - Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability - Ensure smooth coordination between different areas of the business - Monitor daily sales, expenses, operational performance, and business targets - Handle customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions - Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed - Coordinate with the management of OVO W.L.L. regarding the performance and requirements of the business unit - Take initiative in improving processes, reducing unnecessary costs, and increasing efficiency - Prepare and provide regular updates and reports regarding business performance when required Requirements: - Previous experience in retail, flowers, gifting, FMCG, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing business is preferred - Proven experience in staff management and day-to-day business operations - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Good understanding of sales, customer service, procurement, and inventory management - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Ability to make practical decisions and take ownership of responsibilities - Flexible and adaptable to changing business situations - Cooperative and able to work effectively with staff, suppliers, customers, and management - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory - Candidates who can demonstrate previous experience managing a complete business operation will be strongly considered What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who is responsible, practical, proactive, and hands-on . The ideal candidate should not only be able to supervise employees but should also understand how to manage the different areas of a business and respond effectively when situations change. The candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, identifying problems, finding solutions, and working closely with the team to achieve business objectives.
