Business Unit Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch, stabilization, and day-to-day operations of multiple stores.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales and improve contribution margins.
• Drive store profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Establish operational systems, performance dashboards, inventory controls, and cash management processes.
• Ensure consistent product quality, customer experience, food safety, and operating standards across locations.
• Develop and mentor the Operations Manager, store managers, and future business leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and People & Organization (P&O) teams.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement, expansion, and sustainable growth.
• Present business recommendations and performance updates directly to the CEO.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong multi-site operational leadership experience in F&B, café, QSR, casual dining, specialty retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing future leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of improving business performance, including sales, margins, and customer experience.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, unit economics, and P&L exposure.
• Experience managing business operations through managers or team leaders.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and confidently engage with the CEO.
• Demonstrated maturity, integrity, accountability, and people-oriented leadership.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience launching new business concepts or opening new stores.
• Previous exposure to coffee or café operations.
• Experience expanding a store network or developing a consumer-facing brand.
• Experience building operational systems and processes from scratch.
• Background in product development and marketing collaboration.
