To lead the overall performance of the business unit, ensuring achievement of strategic, financial, and operational objectives while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the business unit's overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives

Drive revenue generation, profitability, and sustainable business performance

Oversee project execution and operational efficiency

Build and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships

Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and industry regulations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

PRC Licensed Engineer is an advantage

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience

Strong business acumen and financial management skills

Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive business results

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
