Business Systems Analyst - ERP & Manufacturing
Tampa Maid Foods has been operating successfully for decades and is known for our stability, quality, and long-term employee tenure. We operate complex manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution workflows that rely heavily on ERP and integrated business systems. This role is an opportunity to step into a visible, business-facing position where process ownership matters as much as system knowledge. For someone who enjoys asking “why” before touching configuration, this is a seat-at-the-table role. This is a full-time position based onsite in Lakeland, Florida. The Role You’ll Play This role serves as the connective tissue between our business operations and ERP-enabled systems. They are comfortable working with manufacturing stakeholders, asking clarifying questions, and pushing back diplomatically when a request does not align with best practices.
