Work arrangement: Monday to Friday (Onsite) and Saturday (WFH) Employment Type: One year contract Office location: Santa Rosa, Laguna Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. - Translate requirements into user stories, functional, and technical specifications. - Design system flows, wireframes, and database structures. - Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. - Communicate requirements with stakeholders and the development team. - Maintain project documentation and manage backlog items. - Create test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. - Support SIT, UAT, and system validation activities. - Review and validate deliverables for completeness and accuracy. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or testing. - Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing. - Familiarity with database concepts, wireframing tools, and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
