# Business Systems Analyst **Kai Mall** · Kaybiga/Deparo · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's business systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sale (POS), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and Reporting Systems . The role works closely with business units to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. It also ensures seamless system integration, data accuracy, system reliability, and provides user support, training, and reporting to support informed business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP, POS, HRIS, and reporting systems. Experience in business process analysis and systems implementation. Knowledge and practical experience in web development and programming, including the ability to develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications and system functionalities. Familiarity with programming languages, web technologies, APIs, and system integrations is highly preferred. Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and report generation tools is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP platforms, POS applications, HRIS software, and business reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
