Now hiring : - Job Title: Business System Analyst - Vacancy: One (1) full-time position - Annual Salary: C$90,000 - Normal Work Hours: 35 hours per week - Vacation: 10 days per year - Term: 3 years - Expected Commencement Date: December 1, 2026 - Work Location: 49 High Street, 3rd Floor, Barrie, ON L4N 5J4 Main Job Duties: - Collaborate with clients to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and system specifications for upstream business systems in resource planning, warehouse management system; and for robot operating system, robot management system and device management system for robots; - Analyze, evaluate, and optimize information systems processes for domestic and international logistic operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards; - Design and develop customized automation systems solutions to streamline procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. - Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system modifications, upgrades, and enhancements. - Provide expert advice on domestic and international trade strategies, regulatory compliance, and service delivery optimization. - Support the implementation, configuration, customization, and integration of information systems solutions for domestic and international markets. - Monitor changes in domestic and international trade regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for system improvements. - Develop and deliver training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of information systems for our domestic and international trading operations. Job Requirements: - Experience (Consulting & Training): Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality business consulting as a business systems analyst, with direct, hands-on experience developing and delivering technical training and ongoing support for hospitality end-users (covering both information systems and robotics). - Experience (Technical Implementation): Must have a minimum of 3 years of practical application experience integrating upstream business systems (ERP, WMS) with robotics systems (ROS, RMS, DMP) in client-site environments. - University degree in information system - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Application Process: - By e-mail ONLY to thebreakfastgroup.admin@gmail.com [NOTE : We do not respond to in-person nor telephone inquiries.] Pay: $90,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Barrie, ON L4N 5J4
