Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing the monthly target setting and KPI memo

Prepare monthly performance result and Sales & Operations related projects

Organize and analyze sales and traffic data for reporting. Maintain an up-to-date data record and distribution channel list

Compile team head's KPI achievement summary monthly

Collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes on commission scheme and reward mechanism, and monitor the effectiveness

Requirements:

Diploma or above in related discipline

High proficient in MS office applications

Self-motivated, confident and mature

Sensitive to numbers, attention to details

Good communication skills in both verbal & written English

Fresh graduate and undergraduate will also be considered
