Startex Hub Business Services is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Setup Expert with proven experience in UAE company formation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business setup services, the ability to generate and convert leads independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads for UAE business setup services.
• Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
• Guide clients throughout the complete business setup process, from initial consultation to company incorporation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a UAE Business Setup Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
