We help entrepreneurs and investors start and run companies in the UAE, with mainland and free zone company formation, trade licensing, Ejari registration, visa services, and ongoing compliance support. We're growing, and we're looking for a consultant who can guide clients from their first enquiry to a fully licensed business. Role overview As a Business Setup Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients. You'll advise them on the right jurisdiction, license type, and structure for their business, then coordinate the process until the company is set up. Key responsibilities Handle client enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, and convert them into signed clients Assess client needs and recommend the best option: mainland, free zone, or offshore Prepare clear quotations and proposals covering licensing, visas, office/Ejari, and government fees Guide clients through documentation and coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and PROs Keep clients updated at every stage and make sure timelines are met Follow up on renewals, visa needs, and additional services to build long-term relationships Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on your pipeline and targets Requirements [1–3] years of experience in business setup, corporate services, consulting, or sales in the UAE Good knowledge of the UAE company formation process, mainland (DED) and free zone regulations Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or other languages are a plus Strong negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills Well organised, able to manage several client cases at once Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp-based client communication Based in Dubai, with a UAE driving license (preferred) and a transferable visa (preferred) What we offer Competitive salary plus performance-based commission/incentives Training and career growth in a fast-growing consultancy A supportive team and a steady flow of warm leads Job details Job type: Full-time Location: IBN Batutta Gate Office, Dubai, UAE Working days: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6:30 PM How to apply Click Apply on Indeed and attach your CV.
