Are you a detail-oriented project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a consultancy background? Our client, a corporate service provider, is looking for a Business Project Specialist (Non-IT and Non-Engineering Project Specialist) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with management goals

Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

Lead project meetings and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders

Present progress updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership

Identify and proactively resolve project-related challenges

Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management

2-4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement

Prior experience in consulting or business setup companies is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Primavera, and project management tools

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively
