The person will work directly with departments such as Accounts, Sales, CRM, Legal, Projects, Liaisoning, Purchase and Customer Service to understand how work is currently done and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities Study and map existing business processes. Identify repetitive/manual work, bottlenecks and duplication. Identify processes suitable for AI and automation. Design and implement automation solutions. Build AI-powered workflows, agents and document-processing solutions. Automate Excel, reporting, reconciliation, approvals, follow-ups and MIS. Integrate CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp and other systems. Work with external technology vendors where required. Track automation ROI, time savings and productivity improvements. Train employees and ensure adoption. Preferred Skills Business Process Analysis AI / LLMs / AI Agents RPA & Workflow Automation Power Automate / n8n / Make / Zapier APIs & System Integrations Advanced Excel Power BI / Data Analytics Basic SQL / Python Project Management Ideal Candidate Someone who combines business understanding + process thinking + technology . You should be comfortable sitting with a non-technical employee, understanding their work, identifying what can be improved, and converting it into an automated process. We are NOT looking for someone who only builds chatbots. First 90-Day Objective Understand → Map → Prioritize → Automate → Measure The candidate should identify major automation opportunities and implement the first few high-impact automation projects within 90 days. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and capability. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
