You will report directly to the Sales Control and Business Process Head and work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse workflows, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and help achieve business goals. Key responsibilities - Execute day-to-day business processes according to established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Document process steps, workflows, and procedures accurately for reference and training - Identify deviations or challenges in process execution and report them to supervisors - Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, identifying trends and anomalies - Contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements based on your analysis - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of processes - Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address process-related inquiries and issues - Help identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines - Conduct audits on processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards About you - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes - Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with diverse groups - Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new concepts - Plus: Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) About us Oleo-Fats, Inc. is the country's leading manufacturer of high-quality food ingredients, specializing in oils, fats, and specialty products.
