Reporting to the Finance Director, we are now seeking to recruit for the role of Business Process and IT Manager to join our management team. This role will partner with users across the business to understand, analyse and deliver IT requirements. This is a multi-aspect role covering ERP analysis, application support and physical environment management. While the management of the LAN, WAN (wired and wireless), server infrastructure and user endpoints is subcontracted to a 3rd party, the role includes the management of this 3rd party. The role also includes the procurement of hardware, software and IT services with proper cost controls. The role is being created due to succession planning, and the incumbent will be in place to do a complete handover to the successful candidate. Core requirements: · Design and optimise ERP-related processes to improve efficiency which include internal business processes and integrations with our partners (suppliers and customers) and between our core business applications – ERP, Warehouse Management and Engineer Service Call Logging Systems. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives · Liaise with 3rd party providers to interpret the requirements and prepare “User requirement documentation” · Work closely with 3rd party providers to monitor the interim development cycle prior to delivery of iterative and final versions for user testing · Test and implement new system releases · Manage new system implementation to go live and provide post go live support to users · Monitor uptake / effectiveness of new process to maximise return on investment · Provide day-to-day system support for all users · Keep users updated on progress of outstanding issues · Monitor persistent issues and prepare business improvement specifications to prevent / minimise recurrence · Manage service providers (application development and network management) in line with SLAs · Managing internal audits as they arise · Oversee implementation of Company’s EDI requirements · Develop and manage annual budget · Oversee process of cyber security compliance · Harness AI capabilities for generating value within the Company · Manage and reviews business continuity processes Core Competencies · 5+ years’ experience in a distribution environment is an advantage · Knowledge of ERP software · Knowledge of warehouse management software and service call logging is an advantage · Excellent knowledge of MS applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc · Microsoft Power BI skills (advantageous) · Strong Project Management skills · Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve process/system issues · Understanding of database structures and maintenance · Knowledge of Windows Network environments (advantageous) · Understanding of Windows active directory structure and policies · Strong focus on cyber security · Dedication to continuous improvement · Implementor of relevant evolving AI technologies · Proven leadership capabilities · A service provider mentality · Ability to work with cross functional teams to foster strong team spirit · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders · Note: It is not a coding position as all of our software development is outsourced Pay: €75,000.00-€85,000.00 per year Benefits: - Bike to work scheme - Company pension - Employee assistance program - Employee discount - On-site gym - On-site parking - Sick pay Work Location: In person
