Job Description BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SME Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst SME at GDIT. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Business Process Analyst SME, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Department of State. You will play a crucial role in building strategy, identifying business process improvement opportunities, and helping to position GDIT as a strategic partner with the Department of State Consular Affairs (CA) Bureau. - Support analysis of business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems and position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner - Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the “voice of the customer”, including reviews and proposal and content development, helping GDIT continue to grow and expand the portfolio - Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams on strategic initiatives - Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Department of State processes and priorities to provide expertise on continuous process improvement opportunities and strategies WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
