# Business Process Analyst **PT Arbeit Infotech Indonesia** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Analyze business processes, user needs, and system requirements. - Develop As-Is/To-Be process flows, gap analysis, and business rules. - Prepare BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. - Gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams. - Perform data analysis and SQL queries for validation and investigation. - Support system development, testing, UAT, and implementation. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role. - Experience in CRM, omnichannel, customer service, customer engagement, e-commerce, or marketplace projects is preferred. - Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to prepare documentation in English.
