# business operations manager **NIKITHA CONSULTANCY** · Little India · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Work towards the efficient and profitable operations of the business, both day-to-day and in the long-term Devise and execute strategies that improve the operational processes within the business Plan and implement policies, procedures and protocols that are imperative to the success of the company from a business operations position’s point of view Adhere to local, national and company-wide laws and regulations while planning or implementing operational strategies Monitor and plan financial data and ensure that it is on track with the KPIs that have been established Responsibilities Strategise and plan the protocols needed to improve the operational structure of the company for maximised efficiency Evaluate the performance of the business, and make changes in the operational plans as the head of business operations Ensure that all policies and decisions are in compliance with the legal and regulatory policies Work toward customer satisfaction by implementing plans that benefit them Keep track of daily operations and address potential issues as and when they are encountered Perform cost-benefit analysis and monitor the KPIs diligently to ensure that the operations are financially viable Build processes that are in line with business needs, and ensure that they meet the growing needs of the company Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management, business administration or a similar field Prior experience working as a business operations manager, or in a similar operational role Outstanding organisational, communication and problem-solving skills Expert-level knowledge of MS Office Proficiency in business processes, applicable laws and data analysis Experience in implementing strategies, planning budgets, and evaluating performance Preferred skills and qualifications MBA or other advanced degrees in the business spectrum Knowledge of project management, and customer service principles Understanding of business intelligence tools
