As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Operations & Finance Manager to join our team full-time at our Stafford headquarters. This is a key role within the business, combining finance, operations, systems, HR administration, partner support and project coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys both numbers and people and who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organisation. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, helping provide financial visibility, operational structure and day-to-day support across the Dignipets group. ResponsibilitiesFinance & Reporting Maintain cashflow forecasts and financial reports. Monitor income, expenditure and business performance. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain accurate records within Xero. Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards. Coordinate payroll preparation and reporting. Liaise with external accountants and advisors. Monitor debtor performance and assist with credit control. Operations Coordinate projects and business priorities. Manage meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking. Improve operational systems and processes. Maintain business policies and SOPs. Support leadership team decision-making through reporting and analysis. Partner Support Coordinate the onboarding of new Joint Venture Partners. Support partner launches and implementation plans. Track onboarding actions and milestones. Assist partners with operational and business queries. HR Administration Manage BrightHR administration. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding. Organise probation reviews and appraisals. Maintain training and employment records. Systems & Facilities Maintain SharePoint and business documentation. Coordinate office and facilities management. Manage supplier relationships. Support internal events and business activities. QualificationsEssential Experience in operations, finance administration, practice management or business management. Experience with Xero or similar accounting software. Strong Excel skills. Experience producing management reports. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive. Desirable AAT qualification (Level 4 preferred) or equivalent practical experience. Bookkeeping experience. Payroll administration experience. HR administration experience. Experience in healthcare, veterinary, professional services or franchising environments.
