# Business Operations Executive **Senchola** · Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description Job Title: Business Operations Executive Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Experience: 1–3 years preferred Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required for this role Job Responsibilities: - Handle customer enquiries and close sales. - Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales activities in Zoho Bigin. - Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Management. - Monitor orders, payments, dispatches and customer requirements. - Prepare daily sales and operational reports. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. - Support management in day-to-day business operations - Monitor Marketing activities Requirements: - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets. - Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM. - Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills. - Proactive, responsible and target-oriented. Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
