In this role, you will oversee key business functions, including Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, while driving business performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the President and Board of Directors to support strategic decisions, business growth, and overall organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee plant operations, sales, and commercial activities across nationwide operations. - Lead key functions, including Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. - Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and overall organizational performance. - Manage P&L, budgets, and key business performance indicators. - Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Lead and align senior functional heads to achieve business objectives. - Monitor operational and commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with the President and Board of Directors on strategic priorities and business decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience. - At least 5 years of experience in senior-level, multifunctional management. - Strong background in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Products is non-negotiable. - Proven experience managing plant operations and nationwide or multi-region sales. - Strong experience in P&L management and business performance monitoring. - Experience leading senior functional heads across multiple business functions. - Willingness to work fully onsite in Bulacan and travel nationwide frequently. - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
