Job Responsibilities - Design and optimize the company’s operating model, including org structure, processes, and cross-team alignment. - Lead PMO, program management, and transformation initiatives to ensure execution, delivery, and operational excellence. - Build and drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational systems. - Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into execution and systematize business growth across global teams. Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings: - A strategic brain with founder pragmatism - Experience in tech-enabled, fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, scale-ups). - The ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and drive accountability. - Emotional intelligence and influence to create flow.
