# Business Operations **Echelon** · Riyadh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role BUSINESS OPERATIONS Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Full-time · Business Line CONTEXT & MANDATE Echelon is a Saudi-born, sovereign technology company that brings leading global AI technologies to the Kingdom and the world, deploys them through its own forward deployed operations, and productises Saudi-developed capability. The business line takes the world’s leading AI technologies to the Kingdom’s largest enterprises and institutions. THE ROLE: EXTENDING LEADERSHIP Working directly with the leader of the business, you extend their reach, part chief of staff, part business operations lead. You prepare the decisions, run the operating rhythm, represent them across forums and business lines, and make sure that what is agreed gets done. - Prepare decisions: Frame the issues that need a decision, gather the facts and options, and brief ahead of each meeting. - Run the rhythm: Run the business reviews and the pipeline and forecast cadence, and follow every action to closure. - Track performance: Own the dashboards that show where pipeline, revenue and accounts stand, and flag what needs attention. - Drive priorities: Take cross-team initiatives from idea to result, with sales, delivery, partnerships and finance. - Represent: Act on the leader’s behalf in meetings and with stakeholders, with judgement and discretion. - Advise: Bring an independent view to the leader’s business decisions: pressure-test the options, surface the trade-offs and risks, and recommend a course of action. - Prepare forums: Own the leader’s preparation for management forums, group committees and board sessions: build the papers, pre-wire positions with stakeholders, and turn the outcomes into actions. - Connect business lines: Coordinate the business line with Echelon’s other business lines and group functions: align priorities, resolve dependencies, and keep the leader ahead of what is coming. WHERE WE ALIGN OPERATIONS AND JUDGEMENT FIRST - Analytical: Comfortable with data, models and dashboards, and able to turn numbers into a clear recommendation. - Organised: Able to run many workstreams at once, with structure, follow-through and attention to detail. - Trusted: The judgement and discretion to handle sensitive information, and the maturity to speak for a senior leader. OUR VALUES - Customer first: You measure your work by customer outcomes, and prioritise accordingly. - Ownership mentality: You own outcomes end to end. When something breaks or stalls, you treat it as yours to fix. - Clear communicator: You explain complex systems simply, to operators and executives alike, and make the value of your work visible. - Comfortable with ambiguity: You make progress with incomplete information, partial data and unfamiliar environments, and you enjoy solving problems where there is no structure yet. - Long-term builder: You invest in Echelon’s long-term success, bringing field insight back into our strategy and operations. THE SEAT - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Package: A base salary with housing, transport and education allowances, medical cover, and equity through the employee equity programme. Terms are shared at offer stage. HOW WE WORK You start from the decision, not the deck. You meet a crowded agenda with clarity and a plan. - Curiosity: You learn how each team really works, and what the business needs from it. - Speed: You turn a request into a working tracker, brief or process quickly. - Rigour: You check the numbers before you share them, and can explain where each one comes from. - Confidence & humility: You challenge and accept challenge, and change your view on evidence, without ego. - Autonomy: You decide with incomplete information and own it; from an outcome, you organise the work yourself. - Resourcefulness: Missing data, unclear owners, competing priorities: you find a way with what is available. - Situational leadership: You lead when the moment calls for it, and follow when someone else has the better call. - A force multiplier: Your briefs, trackers and follow-through make the whole leadership team faster. - AI-native depth: AI tools are part of how you analyse, write and automate, and you have built something useful with them. - Where you are: A few years in consulting, strategy, operations or a chief of staff seat; numerate, discreet, eager to learn.
