Business Operations Associate
Timedoor Academy is an international education company with branches across Indonesia, providing technology education for children and teenagers. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with data, and driving business growth through operational excellence. What You'll Do: Monitor and analyze branch performance using operational and sales data. Work closely with Branch Managers to identify challenges and recommend improvements. Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through regular follow-ups and coordination. Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies. Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across multiple branches. Prepare reports and present insights to the management team. Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to achieve business targets. What We're Looking For: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business performance reports.
