About Everstead Everstead Health Holdings is a newly launched holding company with an immediate need to support business operations for our home care agency. We're an early-stage, small team building out our operations. This role has room to grow in scope and hours as the company grows. The Role We're looking for a tech forward operations junkie — someone who genuinely enjoys building systems, chasing down loose ends, and turning chaos into a repeatable process. You'll start part-time with a focused mandate: build and run our caregiver recruiting pipeline so our clinical team can focus on care delivery instead of logistics. As we grow, this role expands into broader operations, systems, and process ownership across the company influencing strategy through data analytics. This is ideal for someone currently pursuing a master's degree (healthcare administration, business operations, public health, or related field) with a couple of years of relevant work experience — someone who wants real ownership and measurable impact, not busywork. What You'll Own Phase 1 (Immediate Priority): Caregiver Recruiting Pipeline Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for HHA/CNA caregivers on a rolling basis Manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end: outreach, scheduling, reference checks, background check coordination, and onboarding paperwork Build a "bench" recruiting strategy — balancing hiring ahead of demand with avoiding over-hiring against uncertain hours, in close coordination with the RN Clinical Ops Manager and BD Support recruiting and onboarding logistics for per-diem RN hires (assessments, bridge/concierge visit coverage) Phase 2: Systems & Workflow Own setup and administration of AxisCare (or comparable home care operations platform) — scheduling, caregiver records, client records, reporting Design and document repeatable workflows: caregiver & client onboarding, interview scheduling, compliance checklists, ongoing client care tracking Data analytics - develop agents to analyze data on hours utilization, care plans insights, financial analysis, & market strategy Phase 3 (As Role Expands): Broader Operations Support HR/Ops/Compliance functions at the holding company level as volume grows across all business units Assist with light reporting and tracking against company KPIs (hours billed, caregiver headcount, pipeline conversion) Build insightful dashboards to help influence business strategy What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related), or recently completed, with 2+ years of relevant work experience Genuine enthusiasm for operations and systems-building — you get energy from creating order, not just following it Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; this is a startup, not an established department Strong organizational and follow-through skills Tech-forward: quick to learn new software, comfortable evaluating and setting up tools, no fear of a system with rough edges - BI tools and the ability to use AI to nitro boost productivity Based in or near Middlesex County, MA, with ability to meet in person periodically (occasional local travel for interviews/onboarding may be needed) Structure & Growth Path Start: Part-time, flexible hours, contract or temp basis Trajectory: Clear path to full-time as caregiver volume and company operations scale — this role is designed to grow with the company, not stay static (Full time expected Jan 2027) Reports to: Founder, in close coordination with the RN Clinical Operations Manager and Business Development Lead Why This Role You'll be employee-level early at a company built by people with deep healthcare and business backgrounds, with real decision-making authority over the systems and processes you build. If it works, this isn't a stepping-stone job — it's a seat that grows into a core operations leadership role as Everstead scales across Massachusetts and, eventually, New England.
