The Clinic Manager will lead the setup, launch, and day-to-day management of a new Cardiology Clinic. This role is responsible for establishing the clinic from the ground up, including facility readiness, government licensing and regulatory compliance, staffing, systems implementation, and operational processes. Once operational, the Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high-quality patient care, efficiency, and sustainable growth Communication Problem-Solving Resilience and Adaptability Administrative Work Collaboration Responsibilities Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the Cardiology Clinic Coordinate clinic accreditation, licensing, permits, and compliance with all applicable government and healthcare regulatory requirements Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, vendors, contractors, and service providers during clinic establishment Oversee facility preparation, equipment procurement, and installation Develop clinic policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures Implement and manage medical records, scheduling, billing, and patient management systems Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinic staff Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations, patient privacy requirements, and quality standards Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff performance Monitor budgets, expenses, productivity, and operational performance Must Have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required) Minimum of 2 years of management, operations, project management, or administrative leadership experience Experience in clinic setup, business startup, healthcare operations, licensing, or regulatory compliance is an advantage Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks & Benefits We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work.
