Business Manager

South Loop Loft · Chicago, IL 60647

As South Loop Loft has grown, so too has the complexity of the business. Inventory, restoration, woodworking, upholstery, photography, logistics, sales, marketing, and client experience now rely on consistent coordination across multiple teams and workflows. Today, leadership is often required to identify stalled projects, clarify ownership, coordinate next steps, and create visibility into work that spans multiple departments. The Business Manager role exists to create the processes, accountability, reporting, and operational oversight necessary to ensure work moves efficiently through the organization without requiring ongoing executive intervention. * Position Summary South Loop Loft is seeking a highly organized, business-minded Business Manager to help build the structure, accountability, and operational discipline required to support our next phase of growth.
