Its culture values humility, continuous improvement, and shared success. Role Description The Business Intelligence & Financial Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support strategic and operational decision-making. Daily tasks include building and maintaining data models, creating dashboards and reports, and working with business intelligence tools to provide clear insights to management and various business units. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform business analysis, identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend actions to improve efficiency and profitability. The role also involves preparing financial analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting, reviewing financial statements and operational reports, identifying financial inconsistencies, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Data Modeling and experience structuring data for reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence purposes. Hands-on experience building and maintaining Dashboard solutions to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics. Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) for reporting, analysis, and data visualization. Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process evaluation, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Advanced skills in spreadsheets and data management (e.g., MS Excel, SQL) and familiarity with financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis. Working knowledge of accounting principles and experience reviewing financial statements, management reports, and financial data for accuracy and consistency. Ability to identify unusual account movements, reporting discrepancies, and financial inconsistencies and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Makati, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
