The role involves building and executing the overall vision of the School of Learning, developing new academic programs, establishing industry and institutional partnerships, building strong teams, and driving student and business growth across our locations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall strategy and growth plan for VECTR School of Robotics. - Lead the development and delivery of short-term courses, diploma programs, and industry-integrated degree programs. - Identify new opportunities for growth in Robotics, AI, Automation, and emerging technologies. - Build and manage relationships with colleges, universities, industries, and strategic partners. - Lead and mentor academic, business, marketing, and operations teams. - Drive student admissions, institutional partnerships, revenue, and overall business growth. - Develop new programs, initiatives, and business models based on industry requirements. - Build a strong and credible brand for VECTR School of Robotics. - Set organizational goals, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution. - Represent VECTR School of Robotics in meetings with academic institutions, industry leaders, and strategic partners. - Take overall ownership of the performance, growth, and success of the VECTR School of Robotics. Ideal Candidate - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent English communication and presentation skills. - Confident in dealing with senior professionals, educational institutions, and industry leaders. - Proven experience in business development, education, strategy, operations, or organizational leadership. - Strong ability to build, manage, and motivate teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on growth, execution, and results. - Exposure to Robotics, AI, technology, engineering education, or skill development will be an advantage. - Willingness to travel between locations when required.
