WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS HEAD – BUSINESS CONSULTANCY | DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Business Setup & Corporate Services division in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE business setup industry experience with proven expertise in company formation, sales, team management, client acquisition, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Business Setup & Corporate Services division
• Drive revenue, sales performance, and business growth
• Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
• Guide clients on suitable business structures, licensing, and jurisdictions
• Manage and develop the sales and operations team
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance
• Develop new client acquisition strategies and revenue channels
• Build partnerships, referral networks, and corporate relationships
• Maintain strong relationships with Free Zones, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders
• Oversee company incorporation, licensing, renewals, amendments, and related corporate services
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE Business Setup / Company Formation / Corporate Services experience – mandatory
• Previous experience in a Business Head, General Manager, Director, Sales Head, or similar leadership position preferred
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
• Proven track record in sales, revenue generation, and business development
• Strong team management and leadership experience
• Established network within the UAE business setup ecosystem will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Business Head – Business Consultancy

Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
