Drive sales growth, gross profit, and overall business profitability . Monitor and improve branch-wise operational and financial performance . Review and control P&L, budgets, expenses, food cost, labour cost, and wastage . Develop strategies to improve underperforming branches . Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, policies, and operational standards . Monitor food quality, service standards, menu performance, and customer experience . Improve menu engineering, product mix, pricing, promotions, and margins . Optimize manpower productivity and branch staffing requirements . Monitor inventory, stock movement, expiry, shrinkage, and wastage . Strengthen purchasing, supplier negotiations, and cost control . Set and monitor KPIs for Operations, Regional/Cluster, and Branch Managers . Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Warehouse, and other departments . Lead business development, expansion, new outlet openings, and new business opportunities . Conduct regular branch and business performance reviews . Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and complaint management . Develop and implement sales promotions and business growth initiatives . Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans . Develop and mentor the management and operations teams . Monitor competitors, market trends, and new revenue opportunities . Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and regulatory requirements . Prepare and present weekly and monthly business performance reports to Management. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets . Take overall accountability for operational efficiency, sustainable growth, and profitability . Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field . 10+ years of progressive business/operations experience , preferably with significant experience in the UAE/GCC. Strong experience in F&B / Restaurant Operations is highly preferred and should be the primary industry background . Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-branch operations . Exposure to Retail/Supermarket and General Trading operations will be a strong advantage. Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, GP, food cost, inventory, procurement, manpower cost, and profitability . Proven experience in improving underperforming outlets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work directly with senior management and lead multiple departments. Strong knowledge of the UAE business and F&B market is preferred. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
