Responsible for understanding agencies' needs, providing daily support, addressing enquiries, and proposing operational strategies and optimisation suggestions based on different situations. Responsible for analysing agencies' weekly and monthly performance data, and driving agency activation, engagement, and retention. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, while acting as a communication bridge between agencies and the platform by collecting market feedback and insights. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment industry is preferred. Candidates with experience as platform staff, host, agency admin/operator, agency owner, host recruiter, or other related roles within the live streaming or voice room industry are highly preferred. Have a good command of Microsoft Office. Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Presentable, motivated, flexible, with strong problem-solving skills. Fast learner with a passion for the internet and social entertainment industry. Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
