We specialize in stainless steel and mild steel fabrication , including custom fabrication, architectural metalwork, commercial kitchens, hospitality and healthcare stainless steel products. Responsibilities Actively find and approach new clients and projects. Generate RFQs, enquiries and sales opportunities. Visit contractors, consultants, fit-out companies, restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchen companies and other potential clients. Build relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers. Follow up quotations, negotiate and work to convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Develop long-term clients and repeat business. Requirements Proven sales/business development experience in the UAE. Experience in steel fabrication, commercial kitchen equipment, metalwork, construction, fit-out or related industries is strongly preferred. Existing UAE industry contacts are a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and client-development skills. Must be proactive and capable of generating business independently , not simply handling incoming enquiries. UAE driving licence is mandatory. Attractive performance-based commission will be provided for successfully secured business. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
