# Business Development – Rhythmic Skills UK Ltd & Rhythmic Care UK Ltd **Rhythmic Care Uk Ltd** · London · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Rhythmic Skills · Build and maintain professional relationships with care homes, supported living providers, NHS services, health and social care organisations, local authorities, workforce development teams and other relevant organisations. · Identify organisations that may require training, qualifications or professional development opportunities for their staff. · Arrange and attend face-to-face and online meetings with managers, training leads, workforce development teams, HR teams and other decision-makers. · Discuss staff training and development needs and identify suitable Rhythmic Skills courses and training programmes. · Develop professional relationships that lead to potential learners being referred to and enrolled with Rhythmic Skills. · Promote all Rhythmic Skills courses and training programmes to employers, organisations and potential learners. · Develop new employer partnerships and maintain positive relationships with existing service users, partners and business contacts. · Identify new business opportunities within health and social care, training, education and other professional development sectors. · Generate new business leads through telephone calls, emails, networking, meetings, referrals and direct contact with organisations. · Follow up enquiries and business leads regularly, supporting progression to confirmed learners, training bookings or organisational partnerships. · Attend networking events, exhibitions, meetings and other relevant events where there is an opportunity to promote Rhythmic Skills. · Understand the training and workforce development needs of different organisations and present suitable training options clearly and professionally. · Work with the Rhythmic Skills team to support proposals, quotations, course information and other business development activity. · Maintain accurate records of prospective organisations, contacts, meetings, follow-ups and business opportunities. · Maintain a clear business development pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, meetings, potential learners and expected business. · Support the development of employer-funded training opportunities, group bookings and longer-term training arrangements. · Identify opportunities for repeat business and further staff development within existing client organisations. · Support promotional campaigns and other activities aimed at increasing learner numbers, course bookings and organisational engagement. · Represent Rhythmic Skills professionally during external meetings and communications with potential clients, partners and stakeholders. · Work towards agreed business development, learner enrolment and revenue targets. Targets will be agreed with management. · Carry out other reasonable business development activities that support the growth of Rhythmic Skills. · Review Rhythmic Skills UK Ltd website to ensure that it reflects good practice guidance regarding skills development Rhythmic Care · Build and maintain professional relationships with London Commissioners – ICBs,Local Authorities, Brokerage Teams and other relevant organisations. · Arrange and attend face-to-face and online meetings with Commissioning/Brokerage managers, Social Workers and other decision-makers. · Discuss and support business development with internal team members to agree and identify suitable opportunities. · Develop professional relationships that lead to potential business development opportunities being referred to Rhythmic Care. · Promote Rhythmic Care to employers, organisations and potential service users. · Develop new London Borough partnerships and maintain positive relationships with existing service users, partners and business contacts. Identify new business opportunities within health and social care, training, education and other professional development sectors. · Generate new business development care leads through telephone calls, emails, networking, meetings, referrals and direct contact with organisations. · Follow up enquiries and business leads regularly, supporting progression to confirmed care and support, or organisational partnerships/frameworks. · Attend networking events, exhibitions, meetings and other relevant events where there is an opportunity to promote Rhythmic Care. · Understand the business development needs of different organisations and present suitable costed options clearly and professionally. · Work with Rhythmic Care colleagues to support proposals, quotations and other business development activity. · Maintain accurate records of prospective organisations, contacts, meetings, follow-ups and business opportunities. · Maintain a clear business development pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, meetings, potential careand support and expected business. · Identify opportunities for further staff development within existing client organisations. · Support promotional campaigns and other activities aimed at increasing care and support delivery and organisational engagement. · Represent Rhythmic Care professionally during external meetings and communications with potential clients, partners and stakeholders. · Work towards agreed business development and meet agreed targets. · Carry out other reasonable business development activities that support the growth of Rhythmic Care. · Review Rhythmic Care UK Ltd website to ensure that it reflects good practice and regulatory guidance regarding the care and support delivered Experience Essential · Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, client relationship management or a similar role within the training, education, or professional development. · Experience of developing professional relationships with organisations and decision-makers. · Experience of arranging and conducting business meetings, both face-to-face and online. · Ability to identify potential business development opportunities and follow leads through to a successful outcome. · Good understanding of professional communication and relationship management. · Confidence in communicating with managers, senior staff and organisational representatives. Desirable · Previous experience working with or developing business within care homes, supported living providers, NHS organisations, local authorities or health and social care providers. · Existing professional contacts within the health and social care, education or training sector. · Experience of learner recruitment, training sales or workforce development. · A full UK driving licence would be beneficial due to the travel requirements of the role, but it is not essential. Qualifications · There is no specific mandatory qualification for this role. · Relevant qualifications in business, sales, marketing, education, training, health and social care or management would be beneficial; however, suitable experience and a strong record of business development will also be considered. Working Location & Travel Based at Rhythmic Care/Skills, Ilford, with frequent travel to client sites, partner organisations and other business locations for pre-arranged meetings. The role will cover London and surrounding areas, with UK-wide business development where required. Commission Commission-based remuneration. The commission structure and rates will be agreed based on experience and performance. Contract Type Self-Employed, Commission-Based Contract Duration Ongoing self-employed contract / Fixed-term self-employed contract / Initial trial period followed by an ongoing arrangement. Note: The final job title and contract-duration option will be confirmed before issue.
