Business Development Manager – Turnkey Piling & Foundation Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-time Compensation: AED 12,000/month + commission, with a company car and fuel provided

We are looking for a business development professional who can bring turnkey piling and foundation projects into the company while generating business for our heavy machinery rental fleet .

The right candidate understands the UAE construction market, knows how to build relationships with contractors, developers and consultants, and actively follows opportunities from first contact through quotation, negotiation and contract award. An existing UAE network and active pipeline of prospective projects or rental clients would be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure turnkey piling, shoring, foundation and enabling works projects across the UAE.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective projects, clients and machinery rental opportunities.
• Follow up consistently on incoming leads and proactively source new opportunities through your industry network, site visits, referrals and direct outreach.
• Develop relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, project owners and construction companies.
• Identify clients and projects that need piling rigs and other heavy machinery, and generate rental enquiries and contracts for the company’s fleet.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with engineering, estimating and operations teams to develop complete technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities through prequalification, tendering, quotation, negotiation and contract award.
• Maintain contact with clients during project delivery to support repeat work, referrals and further rental opportunities.
• Track pipeline activity, proposal status, expected awards and business generated.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience in piling, foundations, shoring, enabling works or a closely related construction sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and bring in construction projects or heavy machinery rental business.
• Good knowledge of turnkey piling project scopes, tendering and the UAE construction market.
• Experience following leads through to quotations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Strong relationships with UAE contractors, developers, consultants or project owners.
• Commercial confidence, consistent follow-up and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience selling or renting piling rigs and construction machinery, a civil engineering qualification and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
